Prime Build completed the Coles The Glen refurbishment works over a 18 week period.
The scope consisted over a conversion of the bakery and deli areas, modifications to shop-front checkouts, lighting upgrade, complete remove of the existing vinyl and replacing the floors with a polished concrete floor to the existing slab , sales floor walls, sales floor ceilings and back of house painting upgrades.
The works were completed out of hours while the store continued to trade during the day and early evening. Prime Build were able to ensure the client was able to continue to trade each day and was presented with a clean store prior to store opening every morning.
