Following five months of planning Prime Build and its subcontractors have worked closely with Kmart’s refit team to accomplish what was thought to be the impossible. In only 10 days the team successfully refurbished the interior of the 4500m2 Ashfield store, all without incident.

Prime Build’s night and day Foreman, Christian Orsini and Frank Bergin, whilst being supported by our WHS officer Aaron Willemsen, did an exceptional job managing all trades on site. While keeping safety in mind at all times, the team delivered an outstanding result within a limited period of time. All parties should be extremely proud of their efforts.

Adam Suisted, Darren Scharfenberg, Matt Thomton, Adam Van Middeldyk, Jimmy, Vanden and all our labourers were full steam ahead day after day putting in long hours, hard work and determination to produce a retail first successfully. Just goes to show the dedication of our Prime Build Team who throughout the whole shutdown upheld The Prime Build Way.

The success of the refurbishment of Kmart Ashfield could not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of our invaluable subcontractors and suppliers. We would like to thank the teams of John and Shannon Hall, Robby Gough, Andrew Crimston, Michael Samra, Ian Zacher, Cliff Ready, Greg Stevens, Steve Walter, Wayne Schofield, Nick Miller, Michael Jammal, Mitch Darlington and Janet Lee.

Thank you all for your support – we look forward to continuing to deliver projects that set the standard for what can be accomplished through great team work.
