ALDI Bombaderry, NSW

The new ALDI store in Bombaderry on NSW South Coast will be a generic ALDI store layout, with on grade car park & traditional pre cast construction.

This project includes an extensive civil scope, including HV power relocations, significant soil augmentation & interface with adjoining roads on a site with limited space.

Prime Build’s trade partner network have been instrumental in the safe & timely execution of works to date.

Officeworks Head Office Fitout, NSW

Prime Build worked with Officeworks to deliver a full refurbishment to their two-story Communications Head Office in North Rocks, NSW.

The project involved dividing the current space into four unique stages to maintain a live environment throughout the programme duration. Works included new wall and floor finishes, construction of new rooms such as a unisex bathroom, washroom, prayer room and multiple new glass partitioned meeting rooms.

Prime Build successfully created a modernised working environment to accommodate over 150 Officeworks team members.

Clearstate Office, NSW

The design focus was to provide flexibility for an evolving and growing company, also adding greenery and natural materials to create warm and comfortable working zones, for each department.

Key references to a terrace, courtyard, laneway theme for the breakout area also allows for open plan meeting spaces and hot desking. Wall art and landscaping features lends to a softening and balance of the clean line design elements and modern meeting room area.

Coles New Town, TAS

Prime Build were engaged to refurbish the Coles New Town store over an intensive 13 week programme to give this Tasmanian town a fresh, new-look supermarket.

As the principle contractor of this project, we managed the works and coordinated with Coles direct trades to facilitate the works of the 2,500m2 store and ensure that it was run parallel with a full refrigeration upgrade.

The works were made more challenging with limitations as a result of COVID-19, with Prime Build managing the project administration remotely in Victoria and with a dedicated construction team working onsite in Tasmania.

Prime Build successfully engaged and built relationships with the local trades allowing us to deliver the project on time.

InvoCare Kew, VIC

InvoCare engaged Prime Build to complete a new flagship funeral home for Le Pine & White Lady Funerals in Kew, VIC.

The old existing funeral parlour was completely demolished to make way for the new development which features high ceilings in the chapel and the reflection rooms with a stunning open space court yard with a magical custom built water fountain.

RMIT RUSU Real Foods Cafe, VIC

Prime Build were engaged to deliver a new intricate and detailed glazing façade for the RUSU Real Foods café designed by Maddison Architects.

This exciting project was highly architectural with unique glazing panels and a “honeycomb” structure, testing the capabilities of what could be achievable in such a short time frame.

The façade was constructed within a live tertiary environment with many stakeholders occupying the surrounding offices and businesses.The new façade also included high quality timber joinery wrapped around the inside of the glazing to accommodate for the cafés peak periods.

The project was delivered in full collaboration with RMIT’s direct contractors and suppliers.
