The Hills Grammar School, NSW

Prime Build has completed a major refurbishment to The Hills Grammar Booth Centre, creating a new state-of-the-art Innovation Hub for the school community in Kenthurst.

Working in a busy live environment within a bushfire zone, the Design and Construct project presented many challenges including multiple submissions to RFS and FR&SW for timely approvals.

The scope included demolition works, BWIC replacement and relocation, façade extension/upgrade and the conversion of general classrooms to specialist teaching spaces along with external landscaping.

Working to strict timelines supported by the dedicated collaboration between Prime Build and the School, the project was successfully completed and handed back to the school with OC achieved on time.

Woolworths Welcome Gates Rollout

Prime Build Rollout team were engaged to undertake both the PMO & Principal Contractor role to help address the increasing levels of stock loss experienced amidst challenging economic times.

The front of house security upgrade was delivered over 2 phases, resulting in over 400 store conversions nationally over a 22 month period.

Works were coordinated through our Project Management Office team to ensure design, statutory approvals, landlord approvals and logistics were managed in a timely manner and coordinated with the Woolworths Ops teams to avoid disruption to store operations.

The successful installation of entry gates and associated works which included, floor repairs, relocation of existing produce fixtures/fridges, rework of existing trolley bays and relocation of EAS Antennas/data/media and power sources were carefully coordinated by our delivery team who took great pride in our extensive QA process to ensure maximum uptime of this important technology.

Dan Murphy's launched their fresh new look store in Alexandria. This was an important project for our client as Alexandria is one of the highest trading stores of their fleet.

For Prime Build Project and Site Teams, managing store disruption throughout the works was critical as was the safety and access of Dan Murphy’s staff and their customers.  The store transformation was successfully delivered with great feedback received!

We’re beyond excited to unveil the transformation of Brentwood Park Primary School, brought to life by Prime Build and the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA).

The project introduces an innovative, single-story building equipped with state-of-the-art classrooms, vibrant arts space, and modern kitchen, all meticulously designed to foster an engaging and dynamic learning environment.

Key to this transformation is the installation of an acoustic operable wall. A feature that redefines the use of space by offering the versatility of either two distinct learning areas, or one expansive collaborative space, perfectly suited for a variety of teaching and learning styles. The enhancement of superior acoustic wall and ceiling insulation, guarantees an environment where every lesson is clear, and every student’s participation is valued.

The thoughtful integration of the main building and external areas through extensive glazing on the North façade, creates a harmonious blend of indoor comfort and outdoor beauty.

An external pavilion encourages outdoor learning and relaxation surrounded by durable exposed aggregate paths and soft landscaping, inviting the school community to connect with nature.

This modernisation project is more than just a renovation, it’s a leap towards education environments that inspire and adapt to future learning needs. Prime Build and the VSBA are proud to contribute to a project that not only meets today’s educational standards but also ignites the imagination and potential of tomorrow’s leaders.

Coles Digital Screen Rollout

Coles Digital Screen Rollout

Prime Build Rollout team were engaged as the Principal Contractor to provide a full PMO function to deliver digital advertising to the front of Coles Stores.

The media screens were strategically placed to capture the attention of customers as they enter the store via the encased 65 inch TV providing full visibility and impact.

Phase 2 works were coordinated though our Project Management Office team to ensure design, approvals and logistics were managed in a timely manner in collaboration with the Coles Ops teams to avoid any disruption to store operation. This included the installation of new glass balustrade and bump rails, relocation of associated produce fixtures/fridges and floor repairs.

ALDI Refresh Programme, NSW, ACT, QLD

ALDI Refresh Programme, NSW, ACT, QLD

International retailer ALDI Stores selected Australia as the first international market to rollout their fresh new look.

This saw the German based supermarket embark on an ambitious program to bring everyone of their fleet of stores to the same look and feel, requiring a flexible, innovative national contractor to deliver the intensive program, safely.

Prime Build were awarded the contract initially in NSW & ACT in 2017, which quickly expanded to QLD in 2018 to deliver these time critical refurbishment projects.

Our engagement was based on a schedule of rates, allocation model which saw Prime Build ultimately re -tender every year and provide savings of 3-5% annually to ALDI as a result of procurement savings and efficiencies that were made via learnings across our supply partner network.
