Prime Build delivered a challenging 20-week store refurbishment program that tested us like few others!

Our team uncovered almost every latentcondition possible with delays extending the timeline by around 25 percent. Through approved Notice of Delay’s and quick responses to environmental challenges, we adjusted our delivery plan without losing momentum.

Despite the setbacks, our team stayed focused and achieved Practical Completion and subsequent store launch to the original schedule.

The works included the stockroom and dock extension, new deli and milk room, service upgrades and a full amenities refurbishment.

This was a great result for all under tough conditions and proved that our team are adaptable and driven to achieve success.

Mid Rise Apartments – Schofields, NSW

With a vision to support the growth in Sydney’s flourishing western suburbs region, the proposed residential apartment development considered the desire for affordable and connected urban living.

A Development Application was submitted for the well-appointed apartments located moments from Rouse Hill and the future Schofields town centre.

With access to major arterial roads and a short walk to Schofields train station, local shops and recreational facilities, the opportunity presented would be an ideal choice for first home buyers, investors and families alike.

The DA was well received and deemed compliant, confirming our approach to designing and delivering projects that conform with local state planning guidelines.

However the site was subsequently designated by Transport for NSW as a future rail corridor that would benefit the community and support future growth.

Woolworths Fresh Produce Upgrades Rollout

Woolworths Fresh Produce Upgrades Rollout

Prime Build were engaged by Woolworths Supermarkets to complete a National Rollout to upgrade their Fresh Produce Department and provide a new shopping experience.

The national program consisted of 2 phases, FY22 and FY23 with a total of 285 stores delivering to some of the most remote and isolated towns in the country.|

The Rollout Project Management Team successfully co-ordinated:

•Program and design

•Procurement of equipment

•Site management including safety,plant and equipment

•Full instore installation including misting units, produce cases, promo bins and produce tables.

The FFF&V program was completed outside of store operation hours over a 2-night duration. This allowed for no disruption to daily trade and always ensured the safety of customers and staff.

Coles Front End Security Rollout

Coles Front End Security Rollout

Prime Build Rollout team were engaged by Coles to undertake both the PMO & Principal Contractor role to help address the increasing levels of stock loss experienced amidst challenging economic times.

The front of house security upgrade was delivered over 4 phases, resulting in nearly 550 store conversions nationally over a 2 year period. The successful installation of entry gates included adaptation to existing trolley bays and installation of new glass balustrade and bump rails providing further store entry security and a seamless front of store visual appeal. Relationship building and collaboration with the Client throughout the various phases resulted in a One Team approach as the Prime Build Ops team were able to introduce innovative ideas though careful planning, design and increased efficiencies via streamlined programming, mitigating risk and providing continual improvements.

BIG W Cartology Screen Rollout

BIG W Cartology Screen Rollout

Prime Build Rollout team were engaged by Big W as Principal Contractor to provide a full PMO function for the installation of the new Front of Store Digital Screen network.

Works were coordinated through our Project Management Office team to ensure design, internal approvals and logistics were managed in a timely manner and coordinated with the BIG W Ops teams to avoid any disruption to store operations.

South Windsor Enterprise Park, NSW

South Windsor Enterprise Park, NSW

Prime Build were engaged as the principal contractor for the construction of WST Property Group’s industrial development, South Windsor Enterprise Park.

The project comprises of 25 warehouse units, including ample car spaces and onsite accessible amenities. The warehouses are purpose built with areas ranging from 174sqm to 250sqm.

The construction method involved cast-in-situ concrete walls and concrete slab on ground. Each unit contains its own office area of structural steel construction, bathroom amenities and high bay clearance warehouse space.

With this being the first new venture in the area for some time, the development marks a new era in state of the art facilities with striking design and colour palette format, making it an attractive investment for local business and community.
