Challenges of this project included dock access out of hours only, new staff amenities and heavy noise restrictions.

The scope of works included new lighting and flooring throughout, structural demolition, the swapping out of entire fixture kits and complete front end works (checkouts, ceilings, flooring, glazing, roller shutters) during the 10 day shut down. The project was completed whilst trading with under 5% disruption.
