Works completed over 27 weeks included:
- Full trans-critical refrigeration changeover
- Modifications to the selling floor layout
- New Coolrooms
- Upgrades to bulkheads
- Complete new flooring and new bathrooms
Throughout the program the team maintained a high level of consistency and quality achieving 100% scores across seven external audits, an outstanding achievement for both Prime Build and Coles.
