Prime Build to Open Office in Victoria

Following 5 years of healthy growth since inception, Prime Build is proud to announce its expansion South of the border. Working with existing clients Prime Build are now embarking on several projects in Victoria and Tasmania, into the new year.

The new venture will be headed up by Founding Director Dean Willemsen, who is making the move to Melbourne with his young family to oversee the development of our new team, ensuring The Prime Build Way makes a smooth transition into one of Australia’s fastest growing markets.

Prime Build Safety Summit May 2014

Prime Build’s second Safety Summit held on Friday 9th of May 2014 was again a great success. It was great to see over 80 team members attend – we look forward to a bigger and better summit for the end of the year!

MYER Macquarie Centre Refurbishment Contract Award

Prime Build is proud to announce that we have been successful in our bid to complete the refurbishment of Sydney’s MYER store located in the Macquarie Centre. Amid tight competition Prime Build’s innovative approach to working in retail, represented by our high level of service and value for money, was enough for Australia’s leading department store to agree to complete the 8 month project with Prime Build.

Christmas

The end of this year was marked by a number of events which allowed the Prime Build family to enjoy a few drinks and catch up. Our family dinner saw over 70 team and family members enjoy a meal, a drink and a few laughs with Santa dropping by for all those well behaved children!

The inaugural Prime Build Fishing Classic was a great success with 9 vessels in the comp and only 1 needing a tow back to the boat ramp! Well done to Greg who took the prize for the biggest fish, and Christian for bringing home the largest bag.

The final event on the festive season calendar was our team building trip which saw 19 Prime Builders’ on a bus with an esky and a mission to have a good time! Fantastic trip guys – a great bunch of guys and girls. A big thanks to Shirley and Karl for their hospitality.

Prime Build Safety Conference 2013 a success

Friday saw Prime Build team members accompanied by a range of subcontractors participate in a series of workshops and presentations aimed at making our operations onsite safer and more efficient. The workshop was attended by 60 site personnel, who actively engaged in activities ranging from identifying hazards onsite, tool box talk presentation guidelines through to team building.

Dean & Tim would like to thank all attendees for their proactive approach to the seminar, and look forward to next year’s event.
