We’re excited to have commenced our first project with the Victorian School Building Authority – the upgrade and modernisation of the Chatham Primary School in Surrey Hills, Victoria.
The $5.39M 12-month programme will include internal building upgrades, including the delivery of new classrooms, mechanical, electrical and fire services, a toilet block building, lift, and external stairwells.
With early works staging just starting, the main works will kick off from mid-September, during the school holidays.
This is an important milestone for Prime Build, and we look forward to delivering a more contemporary primary school to the students, teachers and local community.
