her to provide high level commercial and contracting controls on financial management and contract administration.

David is our National Site Operations Manager who manages resourcing across our projects as well as ensuring our sites are safely managed and delivered to a consistently high quality. He provides support for our site teams ensuring our people have the tools and the training required to work effectively.

Sarah is responsible for the effective management of all commercial aspects of our projects, providing leadership and driving performance across the NSW and QLD commercial teams. Sarah’s extensive career and 10+ years within Prime Build enables her to provide high level commercial and contracting controls on financial management and contract administration.

Viv Buckley ensures compliance of the integrated management system (Health, Safety, Environment) to all teams nationally. His ground up approach to safety and understanding through his lived experience on the tools has given him the perspective to thrive and develop this role. Viv is a proud mental health ambassador and the driving force behind the development and continued success of our national cadet program.

Peter Berg heads up the ROLLOUT business and has over 30 years of international property and development experience, carving out a specialised career in large scale national rollouts, including the Netto chain rollouts (UK) and spearheaded the Kmart development program in Australia. ROLLOUT represents Peter’s lifelong dedication and experience in executing national programs of work in partnership with clients and suppliers alike.
