As Managing Director for Prime Build, Nick’s leadership helped strengthen our systems, broaden our relationships and develop our teams.  With these important insights Nick continues to support our strategic outlook by transitioning into a valued Advisory role for the business. Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered diverse projects across various sectors and regions worldwide. For the past 20 years, Nick held P&L responsibilities at leading publicly listed organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from UNSW, a Master of Business and Leadership from London Business School, and a Master of Leadership from INSEAD.

Andrew joined the Finance Team in 2023 and is responsible for preparing the monthly financial results, consolidation, budgeting and reforecasting and cash flow projections. He leads the development of internal control policies and procedures and supports leadership by analysing and reporting on key business metrics, interpreting financial information and providing financial advice to the Directors.

Andrew’s ultimate goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the Finance Division and help maintain the financial integrity of Prime Build to support strong decision making and the achievement of company objectives.

Peter Cleaves brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the business in an advisory capacity. His career spans a range of industries and disciplines, including sales, manufacturing, primary production, development, software development, financial services and project management environments. He is able to offer guidance and mentorship to navigate strategic direction, challenges and opportunities, and ultimately support the business to achieve their company goals.

Aaron Willemsen has worked with Prime Build since 2009 and began his career as an apprentice carpenter working on commercial and residential projects across Australia. During Aaron’s career progression and time working in Health & Safety, he successfully implemented Prime Build’s WHS systems and further developed the quality assurance and environmental management procedures. Aaron now drives quality compliance and systems nationally and has a keen interest in Prime Build’s culture and the continual improvement of policies, procedures and the company as a whole.

Tim is a co-founder of Prime Build and the current Managing Director. Prior to starting Prime Build, Tim completed his carpentry apprenticeship and builders licence working predominately in retail refurbishment and the construction sector. Tim has experience working for clients such as Franklins, IGA, Coles, Target, Kmart and Myer.

As a founder and Director, Tim has assisted with achieving Prime Build’s growth targets, establishing culture, executing on business strategy and operations nationally and has implemented a new company structure with state based operation roles, cloud based IT software and systems to manage both projects and company financials to set the business up for future expansion.
