Prime Build delivered this Customer Fulfilment Centre for Kmart, significantly enhancing the distribution capabilities that support the continued growth of Kmart’s online business.
Works included pallet racking installation,epoxy line marking and metal handrails to separate pedestrian zones from forklift operations.
Warehouse safety was boosted with upgraded hydrants and climate control improved with the installation of powerful industrial fans. Upstairs new meeting and comms rooms were created with training desks installed for the CFC team.
Our team navigated the challenge of working in a live warehouse environment with incoming stock movements using a well managed pen system to keep workers separated and safe.
