With a strong focus on efficiency and quality, the Prime Build Team worked closely with Consultants and Suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of a fully turn-key construction solution.

The development at 401 – 403 Alana Ave Quakers Hill consisted of three brand-new townhouses, each designed to maximise space, functionality, and modern living. The homes featured total floor areas (ground & first floors) in excess of 154m2, along with spacious courtyards.

Each townhouse included four bedrooms, open-plan living areas, high-end finishes, and energy-efficient features, creating a comfortable and stylish home.

Despite site-specific challenges, including tight access and multi-trade coordination, the team successfully delivered high-quality residences that met the expectations of both DNW Group and future homeowners.

Prime Build’s roots were founded in the residential industry, and this expertise continued to be reflected across its many commercial sites and within its management team.

The successful completion of this project added to Prime Build’s growing portfolio of residential developments, reinforcing its reputation as a trusted construction partner in high-demand areas.

With a vision to support the growth in Sydney’s flourishing western suburbs region, the proposed residential apartment development considered the desire for affordable and connected urban living.

A Development Application was submitted for the well-appointed apartments located moments from Rouse Hill and the future Schofields town centre.

With access to major arterial roads and a short walk to Schofields train station, local shops and recreational facilities, the opportunity presented would be an ideal choice for first home buyers, investors and families alike.

The DA was well received and deemed compliant, confirming our approach to designing and delivering projects that conform with local state planning guidelines.

However the site was subsequently designated by Transport for NSW as a future rail corridor that would benefit the community and support future growth.

Family Home Built in 14 Days at NSW!

Introducing Heuga, a technologically integrated housing system, embracing the power of off-site manufacturing.

Led by Dean Willemsen, in this project we have teamed up with a specialist manufacturer and home builder, whilst working with some of the best Sub- Contractors in the industry. The Heuga system can see a home go from slab to lock up in just 14 days!

Unlike traditional home builds, the Heuga product is being developed to leverage the use of a mobile-enabled application for all customer communication, finishes selection, documentation and construction updates.

Once customers settled on the 3D design and finishes of their new home, the ‘Kit of Parts’ were created at a factory in Albury, before being transported to the building site for an incredibly fast completion.

With NSW facing into an unprecedented housing shortage, the demand on the housing industry is high, sometimes causing standards to remain low. Heuga combines affordability with reliability, providing customers the surety of product quality, standardised cost models, and guaranteed construction timeframes that don’t compromise on quality.
