Woolworths Promo Ends Rollout, QLD
Prime Build were engaged by Woolworths as principal contractor to deliver a large 55 store rollout across Queensland to upgrade their existing Promo End Display Units over a 3 month programme.
These works were coordinated through our project management team to help deliver a seamless transition of the existing display units without disrupting the stores operations.
This included all works being conducted at night whilst the store was not trading in order to limit the disruption on the store and deliver a quality product for our client.
The 55 store rollout included two separate shop fitting teams throughout these projects which completed four stores a week through regional Queensland.
