Barry Callebaut Stage 1
Prime Build was excited to complete works at the Barry Callebaut chocolate factory, including:
- Internal alterations to factory 1 office – ground floor only – application lab, ingredient storage, offices, pilot lab, foyer, PD office, pilot washing
- Demolition, Carpet Installation, Joinery, Carpentry, Epoxy Flooring, Painting, Hydraulic Services, Electrical Services, Fire Services and Mechanical Services
Works were conducted in a partially live environment, with isolated construction zones during construction. This was in line with the COVID restrictions in place during this time. The team also had a COVID Safe Plan in place throughout the project, which they maintained daily. While developing and maintaining good client relationships, this project was delivered on time, in full and as safely as possible.
